It has 5 lasers (350-nUV, 488-blue, 405-violet, 561-YG and 641-red nm) with up to 64 detectors. It allows to work as a full-spectrum cytometer with panel resolution of up to 40-50 different markers as well as multiple autofluorescence substraction.
Cell Sorting Aria II
It has 3 Lasers (488-blue, 405-violet and 641-red nm) with up to 12 detectors. It allows up to 6-way sorting and plate sort.
Cell Sorting Bigfoot
It has 5 lasers (350-nUV, 488-blue, 405-violet, 561-YG and 641-red nm) with up to 53 detectors. It allows to work as a conventional or full-spectrum cytometer, the spectral Unmixing supports resolution on 30-40 color panels. The Bigfoot is embedded into a BSL2 flow hood cabinet to allow the acquisition and sorting of samples in compliance with BSL2 biocontainment level.
Luminex FlexMAP 3D
It is a flow cytometry-based equipment that incorporates 3 lasers for the classification and reporter signal quantification of up to 500 multiplexed analytes in a single well.

The Discovery S8 is embedded into a BSL2 flow hood cabinet to allow the acquisition and sorting of samples in compliance with BSL2 biocontainment level.
