Glioblastoma has a poor prognosis with limited therapeutic options. Cellular therapies, like CAR-T therapy, have unfortunately shown limited efficacy for brain tumors, due to the lack of unique tumor antigens, the downregulation of targeted antigens, and the immune suppressive tumor microenvironment (TME).
