High Content Genomics and Bioinformatics

The High Content Genomics and Bioinformatics facility at the IGTP originated from the Genomics and Bioinformatics Laboratory created in 2009 as a core facility of the Institute of Predictive and Personalized Medicine of Cancer (IMPPC). It provides consultation and support in genomics and bioinformatics to research groups in the Can Ruti Campus and other institutions, focusing on high content data generation and analysis.

The main goal of the High Content Genomics and Bioinformatics Core Facility at the IGTP is to provide access to state of the art genomics technologies and to bioinformatic analysis tools to researchers.
