InnoScan700 is a two-color fluorescence scanner (635nm and 532nm), which includes a barcode reader, and supports all microarrays (nucleic acids, proteins, cells and tissue) with a standard format (22mm x 70mm ). Its technical characteristics make it compatible with a wide variety of applications: gene expression, genotyping, CGH, ChIP-chip, methylation, and proteomics arrays on demand.

InnoScan 700 uses a dynamic autofocus system that reduces the background, neutralizes the deformation of the substrate and provides a reading perfectly uniform across the surface of the microarray.

			Its autofocus system combined with confocal detection, thanks to two fast and extremely sensitive digital photomultiplier, and with high precision in optical filtering, gives to this scanner an excellent photometric representation especially in its sensitivity and the ratio signal / background. It can scan an entire array with a resolution of 10 µm / pixel in two wavelengths simultaneously in 3.5 minutes. The size of the pixels can be adjusted from 3 to 40 um and therefore can be scanned microarrays with spots of between 30 to 200 micron. InnoScan 700 is equipped with an intuitive software Mapix, easy to use and allows acquisition and image analysis as well as export data for analysis using the resulting software specifics depending on the type and the array manufacturer.
